Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These Terms are an agreement between HaulNet (“HaulNet”, “we”) and the company that creates a HaulNet account (“Customer”, “you”). The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to accept these Terms for that company. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
HaulNet is a software-as-a-service platform for fleet management: a web dashboard, the HaulNet Driver mobile app, APIs for in-vehicle devices, live tracking, AI dashcam alerts, loads, messaging and reports. Features available depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a period you have paid for.
2. Accounts and users
- You are responsible for everyone you invite (admins, dispatchers, drivers, viewers) and for keeping credentials confidential.
- Drivers may join your company with your company’s join code. Keep that code private and rotate it in Settings if it leaks.
- You must give accurate information and keep your billing contact up to date.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Plans are prepaid for one month or one year and priced as shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase, in the currency shown. Payments are processed by Safepay.
- Access to the product requires an active trial or paid period. When a paid period ends without renewal, access to the dashboard, driver app and device APIs is paused until you renew. Your data is kept for at least 90 days after expiry so you can renew or export it.
- Renewing before your period ends adds the new period on top of the remaining time. Changing plans takes effect immediately.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the Service as described. Taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise on the invoice.
- Plan limits (for example the number of trucks) apply; you can upgrade at any time.
4. Your data
You own the data you and your users put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide and secure the Service. You are responsible for having the right to collect it — in particular you must inform your drivers about GPS tracking and dashcam monitoring and obtain any consent required by law. You can export or delete your Customer Data from Settings at any time.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful surveillance, to track people without a lawful basis, or to violate anyone’s privacy.
- Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
- Do not upload malware or content you have no right to share.
6. Safety disclaimer
HaulNet is a management tool. AI alerts, ETAs, geofences and SOS features can be delayed or wrong because of network coverage, GPS accuracy, device settings or model limitations. The Service does not replace safe driving, your own safety procedures, or emergency services. In an emergency, drivers should contact local emergency services directly.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless a separate Enterprise agreement says otherwise. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical. Support is available at support@savvystyles.cloud.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, fail to pay, or put the Service or other customers at risk, with notice where reasonable.
9. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaulNet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost cargo, or accidents, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify admins of material changes at least 14 days in advance; continuing to use the Service means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with courts in Lahore having jurisdiction.
